King Arthur

This book cover redesign for the classic play King Arthur: A Prologue and Four Acts connects the legendary tale of King Arthur and modern-day comic book heroes. The redesign plays strongly into the comic book aesthetic in order to get younger readers interested and excited about this classic story.

Throughout the design process, I wanted to achieve the feeling of a classic comic book. The story of King Arthur is a renowned and acclaimed tale, in which he is upheld as a hero. My objective in this redesign was to bring this fabled story into the world of the 21st-century comic book hero.
